Winter flashcards
Winter words bring their own story, even where snow only falls in picture books. Snow, mittens, boots, a sled and a penguin: cut-out cards for cold days and holiday trips, with each word in English.
Try this together
Pack a bag for a pretend snowy day: your child picks the cards to take along and says each word as it goes in.
How to use it
- Print and cut the cards. Thicker paper lasts longer.
- Lay out two cards, say a word and your child touches the right one.
- Show a card without a word and let your child name it first.
