Feelings flashcards
Feelings give you something to talk about on every kind of day. Happy, sad, angry, scared: big cut-out cards to point at and talk about the day, with each word in English.
Try this together
Make the face on the card together in a mirror. At bedtime, choose the card that fits the day and talk about it for a minute.
How to use it
- Print and cut the cards. Thicker paper lasts longer.
- Lay out two cards, say a word and your child touches the right one.
- Show a card without a word and let your child name it first.
Words on this sheet
- happy
- sad
- angry
- scared
