Creator Partnerships Lead (Spanish and English)

The job in one post: a little one teaches abuela a new English word while a small round octopus waits for his cue. In the comments, parents ask where to start.

Tatako is hiring its first Creator Partnerships Lead to make posts like that happen all year with the creators that Spanish-speaking families already trust. The program is yours to build: who we partner with, what we make together and how we know it works.

About Tatako

Tatako makes short spoken English lessons for little ones. A lesson takes about five minutes, there is nothing to read, and a small round octopus keeps everyone company. He has eight arms, no socks, and usually loses count at seven.

Spanish stays the language of home, and Tatako adds a little English on top. An optional Spanish guide voice explains what to do and switches off anytime. Every lesson has three small steps: Hear it, say it. Touch it. Name it. In the last step the picture comes back without the word, and the child names it first.

The course has 369 first words and phrases, from “hello” and “mommy” to colors, animals and what the teacher says at preschool. Tatako works in the browser on any phone or tablet, and we start with Spanish-speaking families across the United States.

The role

  • Remote and full-time, open to candidates who live in Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee or Arizona
  • Native or near-native Spanish and fluent English
  • You report directly to the founders

By day 90, your creators are sharing Tatako with the families who follow them, and you know which creators and formats bring new families in.

What you will do

  • Find, pitch and sign creators: Spanish-speaking and bilingual moms and dads on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, family comedy creators, parent podcasters, bloggers and bilingual preschool teachers.
  • Co-create formats made to be shared: a seven-day challenge at home, abuela learns a word, five minutes at breakfast or bath time, octopus cameos, live streams and honest reviews.
  • Build the creator offer: free family access, personal links and codes, and an ambassador program for the best fits.
  • Write the brief: the Tatako story, what to show, the claims we never make, clear ad disclosures and parent consent whenever a child is on camera.
  • Run a private WhatsApp group where ambassadors swap ideas and hear news from the octopus first.
  • Plan the year around family moments: Día de Reyes, Día del Niño, back to school, Hispanic Heritage Month and, of course, World Octopus Day.
  • Track sign-ups per creator and format, back the winners and turn every lesson learned into the Tatako creator playbook.

What you bring

  • 3+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships for a consumer brand, app or family product.
  • A network of Latino and bilingual creators in the US, and a habit of growing it every week.
  • An ear for how bilingual families really talk at home, Spanglish included.
  • A creative eye: you pitch a format in one sentence and know what the opening second needs to stop the scroll.
  • A head for numbers: you read link and code results and turn them into the next test.
  • Working knowledge of FTC rules for paid partnerships and real care for children’s privacy on camera.
  • Fast, warm follow-through. Creators remember who answers quickly and keeps every promise.

Bonus points

  • You have launched an ambassador or affiliate program from zero.
  • You have contacts in Spanish-language TV, radio or press.
  • You create content yourself about family life, languages or culture.

Why you will love it

  • Creative freedom: test a format on Monday, read the numbers on Friday.
  • A character made for content. He fits in a Reel, a storytime and a sticker, and never asks for a second take.
  • Real families: homes with two ways to say “te quiero” and “I love you”.
